Fuse Bistro is the place to go for upscale flavors in a casual setting.
Our Lowell location was opened in 2011. It is located in the heart of historic downtown Lowell in the old firehouse building. We offer seasonal patio seating for lunch and dinner. The patio at fuse bistro reopens in April.
Good dogs are allowed on our patio but only service dogs are permitted in the dining room.
Chef owner Kevin Moschen creates our seasonally changing menu and daily specials. There is something for everyone at Fuse.
